a little more about me...

I always loved taking photos growing up. When I was 15 years old I entered a few photos of my friend into a photo contest at our local fair. I won first place on one, second on another and honorable mention on the third! That was probably one of my favorite childhood memories. I took one photography class at Moopark college in my early 20’s as an elective and that really sparked my love for it again. I learned how to develop film in a dark room and how to do more digital editing. Besides that this art of mine was self taught and I am continuing to learn and grow everyday by attending workshops and with the help of very sweet photographer friends who have given me tips and tricks along the way. 

You may be asking yourself why did she decide to pursue photography as a full-time job? Time goes by fast, I’ve seen it so much in my own life and I’m sure you can agree with me. And life is so short and tomorrow is never promised, so I want to help you cherish those sweet moments whether big or small and all the in betweens! I want to make time stand still for you so you can look back years down the road and remember the day you said “I Do”, held your baby girl or boy for the first time, how your child held your hand or the way your kids laughed and played together or how your husband/wife looked at you with so much love and strength knowing the seasons you’ve been through together! I want to be apart of telling your story and celebrating all the joys in your life! Let’s capture the beautiful joy in your journey wherever that may be!
